Tommy joined One Parking in 2023 as the Senior Director of Training, Service & Culture, located at our campus headquarters in West Palm Beach. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, is a Certified Professional in Training Management, and brings over twenty years of hospitality leadership experience. It is Tommy’s core belief that when every decision is viewed and made through the lens of culture, outstanding operational success follows naturally. Exceptional guest satisfaction from our valet service is his ultimate goal. Tommy is responsible for leadership development and team member engagement.
