Kirsten Dolan
As the owner of One Parking, Kirsten specializes in helping owners recognize the revenue potential of their parking assets. She has over 30 years of experience operating parking assets. As CEO, she drives results of both the financial and service aspects of our client’s parking assets. Additionally, she specializes in the marketing of parking locations, as well as the implementation of control.
Kirsten holds a B.S. Degree in Marketing from Arizona State University. Additionally, she holds a Business Analytics Certification from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton Business School, and a Negotiation and Influence Certificate from MIT Sloan Executive Education. Kirsten is a Member of the Urban Land Institute, The Women’s Edge, International Women’s Forum Palm Beach, Women In Parking, Commercial Real Estate Women Network (CREW), and Florida Hotel & Restaurant Association. Kirsten was voted S. Florida’s Most Influential Businesswoman in 2014 and honored by The Women’s Edge as one of Florida’s Top Women-Led Businesses from 2014-2023.
Mark Pratt
As President and COO of One Parking, Mark is responsible for driving financial results and operational excellence for the One Parking portfolio nationwide. Bringing nearly 40 years of experience, Mark has worked in all facets of parking since he began his career in 1984 and has been a significant leader and mentor in the industry.
His experience and desire for exemplary operations led him to develop and deliver one of the first series of training manuals focused on operations excellence. In 2001, sensing the pivot to automated cashiering, Mark patented the first video-to-video remote monitoring system, which is in use widely across the industry today. Mark focuses on bringing technology to the parking industry to increase efficiencies, improve financial results, and bring positive change to the environment. He acts as our subject matter expert in all aspects of technology.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with concentration in Computer Science from Morehead State University.
Wes Smith
Wes joined One Parking in 2005 as the company’s business leader in Florida. He has over 29 years of parking management experience including many Central Business Districts (CBDs) nationally and internationally. His experience includes a very successful stint managing the Detroit Metropolitan Airport as well as Heathrow and Newcastle Upon Tyne Airport Parking Operations. He uses this experience to lead the company’s operations in Colorado and support the corporate headquarters. Wes earned a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
David Weckman
David is an accomplished industry leader with over 30 years of parking and transportation management experience. He has worked with various types of properties including airport, office, retail and medical. He has overseen revenues in excess of 80M annually and managed locations with over 225 employees. David attended Northrop University and received a B.S. Degree in Business Administration/Marketing.
Rosario Palella
Rosario joined One Parking in January 2015 as a Project Manager in Washington, DC. He now acts as Vice President and is responsible for overseeing operations in the Washington, DC Metro area. Prior to One Parking, Rosario owned a successful business for seven years, and also served as the head of the management team for a national advertising company for two years. Rosario has an extensive background in business networking and is viewed as an avid professional with a commitment to customer service. Rosario continues to focus on creating relationships in the community and increasing operational standards and profitability for the client.
Rosario attended Camden County College in New Jersey.
Jon Gianquitti
Jon joined One Parking in 2007 as a Valet Attendant. Soon thereafter, he was promoted to Operations Manager at The Square (CityPlace) in West Palm Beach. As the Operations Manager, he oversaw annual revenues in excess of $5 million and was responsible for over 100 employees. In his current role as Vice President, Jon is responsible for the financial development, logistical planning, and operational performance for the South Florida Region.
Jon graduated from Troy University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Business Administration.
Derek Jones
Derek has over 15 years of hands-on parking operations and management experience, specializing in Business and Strategic Planning, Operations Management, Analytical Skills, and Coaching. As the Vice President of Asset Management, Derek is responsible for business development, and the strategic planning and operational development for the entire One Parking portfolio. He has been instrumental in developing the strategies for One Parking and our clients to improve customer service, system efficiency, and financial performance. His management and operations related consulting services address a wide range of challenges facing parking programs today. Prior to joining One Parking, Derek worked for a parking company as a Regional Vice President. His responsibilities included financial and operational oversight for over 50 locations across North Texas and Oklahoma. He also has extensive experience with hospitality, overseeing valet operations at high end hotels in Dallas, as well as previous experience as a Hotel Manager and VIP Manager in Las Vegas.
Chris Gravel
With more than three decades of experience in the parking industry, Chris has been involved with start-up companies, as well as established companies along his journey. He began his career working as the parking manager for the Four Seasons Hotel, and years later, was recruited by a large parking company to manage a portfolio in Texas and California. Chris ultimately accepted a Vice President position with a parking start-up, where he managed both hotel and commercial parking assets in several regions for more than two decades. In 2016, Chris transitioned back to the commercial parking sector after starting his own business, where he consulted for more than five years. In 2022, Chris joined One Parking as Vice President of Operations for the Chicago and Midwest parking portfolio.
Chris attended the University of Texas at Austin and studied Liberal Arts.
Cliff Fishkind
Cliff has over 20 years of experience in high-level parking operations and the management of client accounts. He specializes in financial performance, reporting, and integrating of new industry technologies. Prior to joining One Parking, Cliff was the Director of Operations for 10 years at a parking company that served a leading US healthcare institution, NYU Langone Health. Cliff was responsible for the operations of 15 properties, along with the financial performance and reporting. Cliff has vast experience in the hospitality sector and healthcare valet operations in New York City, as well as for privately owned properties.
Gabriel Juhas
Gabriel serves as the Portfolio Manager in the Washington, DC/Metro area. Prior to One Parking, he worked for Hilton Miami Airport as the Assistant Manager in the Guest Services Department. Since 2013, Gabriel has been responsible for managing our clients’ portfolios in Washington, DC and the Virginia area. He works closely with Property Management and owners, focusing on increasing operational standards, and profitability for our client partners. Gabriel holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the Technical University of Kosice Slovakia.
Adolph Fernandez
Adolph joined One Parking in 2005 and is responsible for our first and largest property in West Palm Beach, Florida. He currently oversees 100 service employees that valet, cashier, shuttle and provide concierge services to our customers. Adolph has over 20 years of management experience including automotive financing working with GMAC for 16 years. Adolph attended St. Thomas University in Miami, FL and studied Business Administration.
Daniel Sanchez
Daniel has over 15 years of experience in the valet parking service industry. He has managed valet teams with over 150 employees and is an expert at developing efficient staffing levels for high-volume operations and special events. Daniel has exceptional customer service and problem resolution experience, as well as hands-on valet event management for large VIP events. Daniel is bilingual and has an Associates in Arts Degree from Palm Beach State College.
Theresa Lilly
Theresa joined One Parking in September 2013 as the Marketing Director in our West Palm Beach, FL Corporate Office. She has over 23 years of professional experience providing creative support for all corporate initiatives, projects, and visual communications. Theresa has been instrumental at One Parking in developing and executing strategic plans, providing brand consistency internally and externally, and applying innovative marketing and advertising strategies to increase customer acquisition. She is responsible for all aspects of One Parking’s marketing efforts including market research, strategies, identifying new business opportunities, graphic design, website development, and customer and client communications.
Theresa attended Huntington Institute School of Business in Connecticut. Theresa is a member of Women in Parking and the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
Zach Lieberman
Zach joined One Parking in 2015 at our Rosemary Square mixed-use location in West Palm Beach, FL. Zach quickly transitioned to our Corporate Office and began working on several consulting projects, demand analysis, as well as marketing communications. He has been instrumental in developing operational plans to reorganize prominent mixed-use parking facilities in South Florida. Zach’s ability to conceptualize, design and implement business and parking operation systems, has been a true asset to the One Parking organization and to the clients we serve.
Zach attended Washtenaw Community College in Ann Arbor, MI and holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from Northwood University in West Palm Beach, FL.
Diane Demers
Diane joined One Parking in July 2007 as the Payroll/Human Resources Administrator and Office Manager at our Corporate Office. She was quickly promoted to various financial positions and is the longest standing financial administrator for the company. In her current position as the Corporate Officer/Treasurer, she manages over 80 bank accounts nationally. She works directly with our CPA, acting as the financial governess of the corporation. Handling more than 125M in revenues, her duties include cash flow management, banking relationships, and she serves as the finance liaison with the field. She has over 20 years of professional experience working in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Human Resources, Executive Administration, and leads One Parking’s new entity administration.
Shastri Roopnarine
Shastri joined One Parking in March 2017 as the Corporate Auditor at our West Palm Beach, FL Corporate Office. Currently, Shastri serves as the VP of Administration, where he is responsible for overseeing Human Resources, Employee Benefits and Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Auditing, and Employee Relations for approximately 500+ employees nationwide. Shastri has a strong background in Finance and Business Management, which has enabled him to discover various efficiencies in labor management and vendor cost savings for the One Parking organization.
Anwthon Singh
Anwthon serves as the Accounts Receivable Manager and the Corporate Technology & Data Analyst for One Parking. He started his career with One Parking in the Accounts Receivable Department, quickly transitioning into audit, analysis, and IT support roles. He has been instrumental in providing location insights and assisting the company in making data-driven decisions.
Anwthon holds an AA Degree in Computer Engineering from Palm Beach State College and is continuing his education in Computer Engineering and Psychology from Florida Atlantic University.
Tommy Lefkowitz
Tommy joined One Parking in 2023 as the Senior Director of Training, Service & Culture, located at our campus headquarters in West Palm Beach. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, is a Certified Professional in Training Management, and brings over twenty years of hospitality leadership experience. It is Tommy’s core belief that when every decision is viewed and made through the lens of culture, outstanding operational success follows naturally. Exceptional guest satisfaction from our valet service is his ultimate goal. Tommy is responsible for leadership development and team member engagement. He is an optimistic, positive leader focused on creating a world-class culture within the organization.
Jenny Heyns
Jenny has been a technical advisor for One Parking for over 7 years. Her responsibilities range from overseeing the technical strategy of One Parking and providing recommendations on security and privacy direction. Jenny has over 25 years of experience in technology, security and privacy and holds several security and privacy certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CDPSE, and the CIPT. She works closely with One Parking executives and individual locations to ensure that security and privacy best practices are instituted company-wide.
Jenny holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York.
