Customer Experience (CX)

It is all about the stakeholders. In our business, we use the term “customer experience” to encompass any business-to-consumer (B2C) interaction but are keenly aware that this means something unique for each of our acclaimed properties. Our customer is a tenant of an office building that expects flawless execution day in, day out. Our customer is a visitor of a patient having a serious medical procedure. Our customer is a resident that calls their parking spot their home. Our customer is guest taking their significant other out for a much-needed dinner.

Each of these customers have different parking needs and expectations. We’ve identified those needs and have developed our training, operations, and staff to provide best-in-class service to whoever your customer may be.
