The personal data you provide in this form and the data generated when you use the Fund’s parking facilities such as records of entries and exits to HQ garages, is used to register and identify bicycles parked, administer access to the Fund’s parking facilities, contact registered users if an issue arises with a bicycle, and handle related inquiries from parking users. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Fund’s internal parking policy and administrative procedures. Access to your personal data is restricted to authorized Fund personnel who support parking, security, and facilities services.
