International Square is a three-building office complex occupying nearly a full city block in the heart of Washington’s Central Business District. Completed in phases during 1977–1982, the three buildings of International Square each stand 12 stories high, including a beautiful rooftop terrace and two levels of below-grade parking. Additional features of the complex include an atrium street-level retail plaza, white tablecloth restaurant, a large casual dining concourse and a tenant-only fitness facility.
