The Wilson and The Elm, located at 7272 Wisconsin Avenue, is a three-tower, 940,000 SF landmark development in the heart of Bethesda, Maryland, at the prime intersection of Wisconsin Avenue and Elm Street. The Wilson, the office component of this mixed-use project, includes 348,000 SF of office space, which is part of a larger master planned development featuring 456 apartments in two residential towers, deemed The Elm, as well as 12,000 SF of place-making, ground floor retail. The project also houses the new Purple Line transit stop serving downtown Bethesda and is directly adjacent to the new southern entrance to WMATA’s Red Line station.
