In February 2026, the City of Fernandina Beach implemented its paid parking program, managed by One Parking. The paid parking area includes downtown on-street spaces from Ash Street to Alachua Street and Front Street to 8th Street, as well as designated surface parking lots throughout the downtown area. The paid parking system is fully digital, using license plates as virtual permits.
