The Franklin consists of two separate properties, 222 West Adams Street and 227 West Monroe Street, located in the heart of Chicago’s West Loop. 227 West Monroe rises 60 stories and has long been admired for its architectural significance and distinguished tenant roster. The super tall building is the 5th tallest building in Chicago and the 13th tallest in the United States. It contains office and retail space with below-grade parking.
